Welder and Fabrication Technician II

📋 Description

• Weld the Haven Structure for human spaceflight
• Operate mechanized and robotic welding equipment
• Fabricate and weld tooling to support Haven
• Inspect parts for geometry acceptance and weld conformance
• Fit and form parts and set up welding equipment
• Perform Class A aluminum welds

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Class A TIG
• 2+ years fabrication and forming experience
• 5+ years with Class A aerospace welding
• Automated/robotic welding experience (VPPAW preferred)
• Experience reading engineering blueprints
• Familiar with X-ray/NDT techniques
