Welder and Fabrication Technician III

📋 Description

• Weld the Haven Structure for Human spaceflight
• Operate mechanized and robotic welding equipment
• Fabricate and weld tooling to support Haven
• Inspect fabricated parts for geometry acceptance and weld conformance
• Set up welding equipment; fit, form parts, and clean as required
• Perform Class A aluminum weld

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience with Class A TIG
• 4+ years fabrication and forming experience
• 5+ years with Class A aerospace welding
• Able to follow written and verbal instruction
• Familiar with x-ray technicians and other NDT techniques
• Experience reading engineering blueprints
