Weld using FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, GTAW on carbon, stainless steel and aluminum structures, tubing and piping.
Cut, trim, fit and fabricate weldments to specifications.
Collaborate with lead welder to select procedures, materials and rod sizes.
Review drawings/specs to plan welding when procedures aren’t provided.
Improve operations, reduce turnaround times, streamline processes, and work cooperatively.
Perform other related duties as needed for efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years welding in manufacturing (FCAW or GTAW)
5+ years GTAW welding with SCH 10 stainless/carbon steel pipe
5+ years FCAW welding with stainless or carbon steel
Qualified per AWS D1.1, D1.2, D1.6, D17.1 or ASME IX
Proficient in tube/pipe cutting, grinding and fabrication
