• You have 1+ years of professional welding or fabrication experience, with a strong interest in
• You’re familiar with basic welding processes and can perform quality welds with guidance and
• You can read and interpret basic blueprints, weld symbols, drawings, and work instructions
• You’re familiar with preparing materials for welding, including measuring, cutting, grinding
• You have basic knowledge of weld fit-up, joint preparation, preheating, and proper welding
• You’re comfortable using common welding and fabrication tools, including welders, grinders, drills
