Welding Inspector

📋 Description

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on metal parts.
• Use simple tools (tape, calipers, gauges) provided by client.
• Check parts against drawings and document results.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and record non-conformities.
• Investigate non-conformities and assist in corrective actions.
• Communicate with welders, engineers, and other personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one of: AWS CWI or API 510.
• 5–10 years welding-related inspection experience.
• 5 years in QA/vendor surveillance/shop inspections.
• Experience inspecting welds on pipelines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc., and witnessing

🎁 Benefits

• Contract type: sub-contractor agreement.
• Work schedule: 5 days/week, up to 10 hours/day (Mon–Fri).
• Pay rate: $45/hr to $50/hr.
• Per diems: to be discussed.
