Welding Inspector - Cleveland - Short Term Contract

📋 Description

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on metal parts
• Mark verifications and prepare detailed inspection reports
• Record results and non-conformities; document measurements
• Coordinate with welders, engineers, and other staff

🎯 Requirements

• AWS CWI or API 510 (one of these)
• 5-10 years welding inspection experience
• 5 years QA/vendor surveillance/shop inspections
• Experience with welding on pipelines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers
• Experience witnessing NDE tests (UT, PT, MT, RT) and verifying reports

🎁 Benefits

• Contract: sub-contractor agreement
• Work schedule: 5 days/week, up to 10 hrs/day
• Pay: $45/hr to $50/hr
• Per diems: to be discussed
