Well Test DAQ Engineer

📋 Description

• Actively assist with the rig-up, rig-down and preparation of well test packages, working alongside
• Support general well testing activities and assist operational personnel as required to maximise
• Set up, operate and maintain Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems used in well testing operations.
• Transition into primary DAQ responsibilities once the well test package is fully operational
• Monitor, capture, validate and manage operational data to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Troubleshoot DAQ hardware, software and associated instrumentation to minimise operational

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in well testing operations is highly desirable.
• Experience operating, maintaining and troubleshooting DAQ systems within the oil and gas industry.
• Practical understanding of well test equipment, rig-up and rig-down procedures, and general field
• Experience preparing and submitting well test data reports to clients.
• Willingness and ability to undertake hands-on field duties beyond primary DAQ responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary field
