🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing wellness/fitness center ops (corporate or luxury preferred).
• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
• 1+ year experience managing at least one full-time direct report.
• Proven in owning ops standards, service delivery, and team performance in high-volume/high-touch settings.
• Skilled in driving revenue and efficiency via utilization planning and staffing models.
• Effective escalation owner; resolve complex issues quickly while protecting guest experience.
