🎯 Requirements

3–5 years managing wellness/fitness operations.
Nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
Experience planning and executing events (wellness fairs, etc).
Experience coordinating with vendors, partners, stakeholders.
Owned operational standards, service delivery, and team performance.
Tech-savvy with booking/scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Slack).
