📋 Description

• Own the service line vision; design rituals and activations to spark vitality.
• Define goals, logistics, and run-of-show frameworks for seamless experiences.
• Connect internal and external partners; translate client vision into brand reality.
• Design programming to make the building a magnetic destination; showcase amenities.
• Coordinate vendor selection and partner alignment to standards.
• Manage budget; track engagement data to prove outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in wellness/fitness center ops, corporate or luxury.
• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
• 1+ year managing at least one direct report.
• Proven ops standards, service delivery & team performance in high-touch environments.
• Drive revenue and efficiency via utilization planning & staffing.
• Effective escalation owner; resolve issues quickly; protect guest experience.
• Cross-functional partner with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Tech-savvy; experience with booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools.
• Adaptable; confident learning new membership and program systems.
