• Currently enrolled at a university or college for at least one more year
• Willingness to learn sales and negotiation skills and take responsibility
• Experience in sales, hospitality, service, or retail is beneficial but not required
• Fluent in German and hold a Class B driver's license
• Motivation and personality are valued more than automotive knowledge
