📋 Description

• Support the review of data protection questions (e.g. GDPR), including data processing agreements
• Maintain and update data protection documentation, such as processing records, deletion concepts
• Research regulatory developments (e.g. EU AI Act, Data Act) and prepare results for decision-making
• Support the assessment of AI use cases and the development of AI governance, including AI
• Review website, shop, and campaign content for consumer and competition law compliance and
• Support the maintenance and localization of terms and conditions, privacy notices, and other legal

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a law program (from 3rd semester), business law, or a comparable course of study with a
• First knowledge or strong interest in data protection, IT law, AI regulation, or eCommerce
• Think First, AI Second mindset
• Proficiency in common tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; Jira and Confluence are a plus)
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and reliability
• Clear, audience-appropriate communication, independent work, high teamwork and intercultural
