📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and oversee organization-wide ESHQ policies, procedures, programs, and
• Align ESHQ strategies with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable
• Design, deliver, and oversee employee training programs covering safety protocols, quality
• Evaluate training effectiveness regularly and implement improvements to strengthen employee
• Conduct workplace inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and verify compliance
• Monitor products and services to ensure they meet established quality objectives and industry

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline. A
• At least 10 years of professional experience in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (ESHQ)
• Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) are considered an asset.
• Comprehensive knowledge of environmental, occupational health, safety, and quality regulations
• In-depth understanding of OSHA 10, OSHA 30, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9000/9001 standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and
