WFM Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Primary contact during initial WFM setup and implementation.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate into configurations.
• Configure employee data, org structures, and workflows in the platform.
• Create and maintain organizational structures and process workflows.
• Validate HR data accuracy and system reliability.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to identify challenges and advise.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with HCM or HRIS.
• Experience with workforce management implementations; Ceridian Dayforce desirable.
• Proven experience delivering HR technology implementations from requirements to deployment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data, and organizational configurations.
• Experience configuring workflows, roles, security settings, and permissions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with clients and project teams.
