Wholesale Assistant

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end sample lifecycle for wholesale needs
• Coordinate requesting, tracking, receiving, setup, and archiving of samples
• Prepare milestone meetings by organizing samples and decks
• Lead item setup and partner data operations; maintain data sheets
• Support wholesale initiatives with cross-team collaboration
• Ensure product and data accuracy before production or shipping

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in merchandising/wholesale
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and team‑oriented
