📋 Description

• Provide Level 2 operational support for Windows Server environments and resolve incidents within
• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 operating
• Perform incident, problem, and change management activities, including root cause analysis and
• Monitor server health, availability, CPU, memory, disk utilization, services, and event logs, and
• Plan and execute operating system patching, security updates, reboot coordination, post-patch
• Manage file-level backup and restore requests, monitor backup jobs, troubleshoot failures, and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 installation, configuration
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, authentication
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes in an ITIL-based support
• Hands-on experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation, maintenance activities, and
• Experience monitoring backups, troubleshooting failed jobs, and performing file and system restores.
• Working knowledge of VMware ESXi and vCenter administration and virtualization troubleshooting.
