📋 Description

• Lead and coach a regional purchasing team across 10+ sites
• Visit 2-3 stores weekly; coach on-site and via data-driven reviews
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Pricing to ensure stock
• Weekly HQ meeting; plan actions for your region with Head of Purchasing
• Monitor purchasing KPIs and adjust plans to improve regional performance

🎯 Requirements

• HBO/WO degree
• 3+ years in a leadership role in a commercial/operational setting
• Experience coaching/manage teams (>15 people)
• Based in central Netherlands
• Strong analytical skills; KPI-driven mindset
• Able to drive change and improvements
