Support Manhattan WMOS application implementations and production support
Gather and document requirements for internal and external systems
Analyze and map existing business processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support solution development
Assist with QA and UAT testing to validate solutions
Deploy solutions to production and provide post-go-live support

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant experience supporting business applications
Experience with Manhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management for Open Systems)
Experience with Manhattan WMOS SCPP version 2011 or later (preferred)
Experience with Manhattan Active (plus)
Expert-level SQL proficiency
