WMS Integration Lead

📋 Description

• Own the design, architecture, and implementation of WMS integrations across the fulfillment
• Design and build integrations and orchestration services between the WMS and automated/robotic
• Define canonical data models, integration contracts, and clear domain boundaries across OMS, WMS
• Build integration platforms and services to scale, engineering for idempotency, reconciliation
• Lead mid-sized 3PL, WMS, and Distribution initiatives end-to-end, including solution design
• Own the 3PL/ Distribution Systems development workstream, including prioritization, CAB

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/ information systems, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in distribution technology, supply chain systems, or OMS/WMS
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, and distribution operations processes.
• Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional technology initiatives and leading change
• Proven experience mentoring technical or functional teams in distribution or logistics technology.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable, efficient solutions.
