Configure warehouse processes: putaway, allocation, slotting, scanning.
Implement configuration updates with Operations.
Monitor API integrations, FTP transfers, and interface queues.
Create user docs and training materials; support onboarding.
Collaborate with Operations to translate requirements into WMS config.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years hands-on Manhattan WMS configuration experience.
Experience configuring warehouse rules and workflows.
Experience troubleshooting WMS issues and logs.
Experience supporting warehouse operations within a WMS.
3PL warehouse operations experience preferred.
Experience creating training docs and SOPs.
