Women’s Community + Brand Associate

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end product seeding and gifting workflows for creators, taste-makers, and media
• Assist in planning and producing brand and retail events, from venue coordination and guest list
• Track press coverage, compile monthly PR reporting, sample traffic, and support communications with
• Maintain the social content calendar, coordinate user-generated content (UGC) assets, and engage
• Work closely with creative, retail, and marketing teams to align community and brand initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, community management, PR, social media, events, or
• Exceptional organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an intuitive understanding of the Buck Mason
• Self-starter mindset with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced
• Must be based in the Los Angeles area and available to work full-time on-site and support local
