📋 Description

• Design soft woven and jersey for dresses, skirts, and reactive pieces
• Work with factory partners and London launch/development teams
• Rapid end-to-end design from sketch to toile, proto and final development
• Lead fittings within a concise window from the London atelier
• Lead trend research to inform customer insight and evolving expectations
• Ensure textiles, colours and design integrity meet COS standards

🎯 Requirements

• Senior womenswear designer with experience in contemporary, premium or luxury brands
• Softs background and COS-aligned aesthetic
• Modern, brand-relevant, effortless womenswear; silhouette-driven
• Strong fabric understanding: drape and technical nuances in soft wovens
• Hand sketching, pattern cutting, garment construction; 3D design tools a plus
• Collaborative, capable of fast-paced briefs and revisions
