• Design and maintain scalable backend architecture with PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, and modern coding standards
• Implement advanced WordPress functionality: CPTs, taxonomies, user roles, and workflows
• Ensure compliance with WordPress VIP coding standards and security
• Optimize WordPress apps for performance with caching, CDNs, and server optimizations
• Write clean, secure, well-tested code; perform code reviews and refactor legacy solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years WordPress development
• Themes, plugins, Gutenberg (React), REST APIs, WP-CLI
• Backend with PHP 7/8, OOP, MVC, Composer
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React
• MySQL optimization, caching (Redis/Memcached), CDN integration
• WordPress security best practices
• Git, CI/CD workflows, collaborative development
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear communication in cross-functional teams
