Workday Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide Tier 1 production support for Workday, including business process definitions and
• Configure, test, and implement new release features in implementation tenants prior to release dates
• Write test scripts and participate across every phase of the testing cycle for new features
• Support troubleshooting, modifications, and enhancements for integrations
• Conduct routine data audits across HR systems, resolve inconsistencies, and support data governance
• Own monthly executive KPI reporting process end to end

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, People Analytics, HRIS or comparable role
• Workday experience required with exposure to at least one module
• Experience with time tracking, absence and benefits are a plus
• Comfortable writing test scripts, building EIB files, and troubleshooting configuration issues
• Analytically minded with strong attention to detail and a bias toward data integrity
• Strong sense of discretion and ethics when handling sensitive People data
