Workday Benefits Consultant

📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements within Workday HCM modules
• Facilitate working sessions with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement system enhancements
• Support clients with Workday configuration testing, knowledge transfer, and documentation
• Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, business logic, file loads, and security
• Apply established consulting methodologies and delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading or supporting Workday implementations
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday Core HCM and Security
• Experience developing custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Consulting experience including facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver practical business solutions
