Workday Benefits & Recruiting Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules.
• Manage benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollment, recruiting workflows, and security.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues; provide production support; implement enhancements.
• Support releases, testing, change management, and ongoing improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data audits.
• Assist with integrations and EIB processes; data validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Workday certification in Benefits, Recruiting, or related module.
• 7+ years of Workday experience with Benefits and Recruiting expertise.
• Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
• Experience supporting large, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
