🎯 Requirements

  • Current Workday Partner Benefits Certification.
  • 2–4+ years of Workday config/implementation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar HCM.
  • Strong HR/benefits administration knowledge and business analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to manage multiple priorities.
