Provide expertise in the Workday HCM suite with a focus on Learning.
Lead deployment activities: gather requirements, design/configure, prototype demos, knowledge transfer.
Manage data conversion: work with data conversion team to convert legacy data.
Configure and test integrations between Workday and external systems.
Mentor new consultants and coach others on product knowledge.
Maintain client satisfaction and provide status reports to project managers.

🎯 Requirements

Current Workday Partner HCM Certification; Learning as additional HCM solution.
2-4+ years Workday configuration and implementation experience.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
