Workday Compensation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead final integration testing and validation between Workday Compensation and the MAPS crew
• Review and validate Workday Compensation configurations to ensure alignment with business
• Verify compensation rules, union requirements, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), pay rates
• Identify configuration defects, integration failures, and compensation discrepancies, coordinating
• Drive the systems integrator to resolve issues quickly and maintain progress toward implementation
• Support testing cycles, defect tracking, validation activities, and go-live readiness for the

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Workday Compensation Manager or in a comparable senior Workday
• Hands-on experience implementing Workday Compensation, including configuration, testing
• Strong understanding of unionized compensation structures, collective bargaining agreements, and
• Experience validating compensation rules, pay rates, allowances, bonuses, and other complex
• Proven ability to lead integration testing, identify defects, and coordinate resolution with
• Background in HR, HRIS, or HR Technology, with experience working closely with Compensation teams.
