Workday Director - EMEA Professional Services Leader

📋 Description

• Lead EMEA Workday Professional Services business, owning regional financial performance including
• Partner with Sales and alliance teams to drive pipeline development, support strategic
• Oversee successful delivery of Workday implementations, optimization projects, and managed
• Monitor key performance indicators, intervene in high-risk engagements, resolve escalations, and
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders; act as executive sponsor
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing regional leadership team; attract and retain consulting

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in consulting or professional services leadership, including 5
• Deep knowledge of Workday implementation projects and post-production services, with understanding
• Proven success managing regional business performance and achieving revenue, margin, utilization
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation programs, establish delivery governance
• Extensive experience building relationships with senior-level customers, managing complex
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams across EMEA and align local execution with
