Workday Financials Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure, administer, monitor, and support Workday Financials modules, including Financial
• Design, build, and maintain financial business processes, approval workflows, condition rules, and
• Support bi-annual Workday release cycles by reviewing new functionality, coordinating testing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance and Accounting teams regarding Workday questions
• Translate Finance requirements into Workday configuration solutions that maintain appropriate
• Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation covering Workday Financials functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience.
• Proficiency in Financial Accounting and at least two additional areas such as Accounts Payable
• Experience building Workday financial reports and supporting period-end close processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial business processes, controls, and how
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex configuration
