Workday Financials Senior Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead and manage Workday Financials implementation workstreams covering Customers, Projects, and
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related
• Guide functional configuration and implementation activities within the relevant Workday Financials
• Develop, coordinate, and execute test plans to validate system functionality, identify issues, and
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process specifications
• Coach and mentor less experienced Workday-certified consultants, sharing functional expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory Workday certification in at least one of the following areas: Budgets, Customers, or
• At least 4 years of Workday implementation consulting experience, with demonstrated involvement in
• At least 2 years of experience leading workstreams related to Workday Customers, Projects, and
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Financials and the ability to translate complex business
• Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing client requirements, supporting functional
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with
