Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst (Virtual)

📋 Description

• Support Workday production ops: configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
• Perform functional testing; develop test scenarios; validate changes.
• Create HR reports, run data audits, and maintain data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve system issues, incl. data transfers with vendors.
• Partner with IT on integrations and interfaces to improve interoperability.
• Support HR initiatives like performance management and compensation planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in HRIS/HR tech or related fields.
• At least 2 years of Workday configuration experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one Workday HCM module with upgrades.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
