Serve as SME for Workday HCM and related modules.
Configure and maintain Workday processes, org structures, security roles.
Manage system updates, enhancements, and feature releases.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues in a timely manner.
Provide ongoing system support to HR, managers, and employees.
Participate in Workday implementation, optimization, and transformation projects.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM.
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business process management.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Experience creating custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
Knowledge of Workday security configuration.
