📋 Description

• Lead Core HCM and Compensation configuration.
• Configure and maintain orgs, staffing models, positions, and job data.
• Support and optimize Workday processes, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and implement solutions.
• Support Workday releases, testing cycles, enhancements.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to deliver Workday solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Workday HCM Pro Certification required.
• 7+ years of Workday HCM experience (config, prod support).
• 4+ years of Workday Compensation configuration.
• Strong Workday Security, BP, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Integrations.
• Troubleshooting Workday issues and supporting enhancements.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
