🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare payer technology, consulting, or a related industry
• Strong understanding of payer finance processes, including claims-to-ledger workflows, medical loss
• Deep familiarity with Workday Financial Management, Accounting Center, Human Capital Management
• Demonstrated experience taking an industry solution, integration, or technology accelerator from
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and partner sales leaders
• A proven track record in pipeline generation, strategic opportunity development, complex sales
