Workday Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Document
• Drive technical project management for People Systems integration initiatives, including
• Maintain and optimize our existing catalog of inbound and outbound Workday integrations to maximize
• Monitor and troubleshoot complex integration issues in a timely manner, upholding strict data
• Partner cross-functionally across the People Team, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to align
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, integration specifications

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and
• Proven track record in building, launching, and supporting complex enterprise integrations within
• Strong technical foundation in HR technology and enterprise software integration, including
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end integration projects, from initial stakeholder
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail regarding sensitive
• Collaborative cross-functional communicator capable of translating complex technical requirements
