Workday Payroll Functional Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead or support the deployment, configuration, and post-implementation support of Workday Payroll
• Partner with client Payroll leads to assess, improve, and expand existing payroll configurations
• Manage functional changes and configuration updates while evaluating their downstream impact across
• Troubleshoot payroll issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions that improve system
• Collaborate with client and internal teams across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking to support
• Review and refine existing payroll configurations and processes in line with business requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Payroll, including US and
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and reporting within Canadian
• Proven experience managing payroll processes using Strada Payroll systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, review, and improve existing payroll configurations and business
• Proficiency with Workday modules related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
