📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality consulting services for Workday Payroll optimization, configuration
• Configure, test, and implement business requirements within Workday Payroll modules.
• Lead client discussions to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Support post-production environments by troubleshooting configuration, data, reporting, security
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements aligned with client
• Guide testing activities, knowledge transfer, documentation, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading Workday implementations, post-production support, AMS services, or
• Strong experience configuring Workday Payroll, Security, Custom Reports, Dashboards, and Calculated
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, Workday functionality, and enterprise system optimization.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and creating
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate issues and propose
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and remote team interactions.
