📋 Description

• Configure, test, and implement Workday Payroll requirements
• Lead client discussions to gather requirements and recommend solutions
• Support post-production by troubleshooting configuration, data, reporting, and security
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
• Guide testing, knowledge transfer, and documentation
• Manage multiple projects to meet timelines and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading Workday implementations or AMS
• Strong experience configuring Workday Payroll, Security, Custom Reports, Dashboards, and Calculated
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and remote teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to travel <5% annually
