Workday & People Systems Lead

📋 Description

• Primary owner for Workday configuration, maintenance, and support
• Lead design and optimization across Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Payroll)
• Manage Workday releases: impact analysis, testing, deployment
• Partner with People, Finance, IT to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Ensure data integrity, security, and audit readiness
• Oversee integrations between Workday and other systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HRIS/People Systems with deep Workday expertise
• Led or contributed to at least one full-cycle Workday implementation
• Hands-on Workday configuration across multiple modules
• Experience managing Workday releases and upgrades
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data architecture
• Strong analytical/problem-solving; explain tech to non-technical stakeholders
