Workday Reporting, Security & HRIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as Workday SME for Reporting, Security, and HRIS administration.
• Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, KPIs, and calculated fields.
• Configure and manage Workday security: groups, domains, RBAC, and process security.
• Support Core HCM configuration, data governance, testing, and release management.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business teams to deliver Workday solutions.
• Lead testing cycles, validation, and system change implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Workday certification; 7+ years in Reporting and Security.
• Experience with Workday HCM, business processes, calculated fields, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday security configuration and reporting capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.
