Workday Reporting Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize complex, enterprise-level Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite
• Act as a trusted partner to HRBPs, COEs, and executive leaders, translating ambiguous business
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strict system security/governance across Workday analytics
• Lead initiatives to automate recurring workflows, leverage APIs/integrations to enrich reporting
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for reporting logic, calculated field methodologies
• Mentor junior team members on reporting logic and best practices, conduct quality assurance

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility
• Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, Calculated Fields, worksheets, and
• Demonstrated expertise working with large HR data sets and creating scalable, automated reporting
