📋 Description

• Provide expertise in Workday HCM with a focus on Advanced Compensation.
• Lead or support Workday implementations: requirements, design, configuration, testing, demos, transfer.
• Design and configure Workday solutions aligned with client needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with data conversion teams to migrate legacy data into Workday.
• Collaborate with integration teams to configure and test Workday integrations.
• Analyze requirements to identify improvements and develop scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Workday Partner HCM Certification with at least one additional HCM cert.
• 2-4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous consulting experience in software or technology consulting.
• Experience implementing enterprise apps such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and functional HCM solutions.
