Workday Senior Certified Integrations Consultant

📋 Description

• Work on client engagements as a contributor; may lead small projects
• Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams
• Keep Engagement Managers and stakeholder teams apprised of status
• Mentor junior consultants and/or lead teams
• Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning
• Lead discovery sessions with customer SMEs for high-level design

🎯 Requirements

• Current Workday Certification plus one additional integration cert (Studio/CCTPP/CCB/Fin Int)
• Hands-on experience implementing Workday integrations and post-production support
• 4+ years with HCM/ERP apps using EDI, Web Services, REST, XML, Java/.Net
• 3+ years integrating systems with third‑party service vendors
• Experience with other HR technology tools
• Experience and understanding of Human Resources data
