Workday Talent and Performance Consultant

📋 Description

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain performance reviews within the Workday Talent and
• Configure and manage calibration processes to support consistent and effective performance
• Create and maintain goal templates aligned with organizational objectives and performance
• Collaborate with HR, business, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and align
• Support cross-module processes and integration points between Talent & Performance, Core HCM
• Troubleshoot functional and system issues affecting performance management workflows and provide

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of overall IT, HR systems, or related professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working as a practitioner or consultant in the Workday Talent and
• Strong expertise in configuring and managing Workday performance reviews, calibration processes
• Solid understanding of Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation and their relationship with Talent
• Experience supporting cross-module workflows and integration points within the Workday ecosystem.
• Strong functional testing, troubleshooting, and data validation capabilities.
