Workday Time and Absence Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the implementation of new Workday Absence and Time Tracking plans and related global
• Partner with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into
• Configure time-off and absence plans, accrual rules, time-tracking rules, validations, work
• Support configuration changes through testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Absence and Time Tracking configuration.
• Analyze system behavior and recommend configuration improvements that align with business policies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
• Workday certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking is preferred.
• Strong understanding of global time-tracking requirements and leave/absence policy design.
• Demonstrated experience configuring Workday Time and Absence functionality, including complex
• Experience supporting integrations between Time and Absence and payroll or scheduling systems is
• Strong understanding of how HR and payroll business requirements translate into Workday

🎁 Benefits

• $80–$85.36 per hour on W-2.
• Remote work arrangement within the United States.
• Initial contract duration of approximately 3–4 months, from September 28, 2026 through January 31
