Workday US Payroll and Benefits Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll and Benefits end to end: pay groups, earnings and
• Build and maintain business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, security and role
• Translate HR, Finance and compliance requirements into system design. Write requirements
• Lead testing and deployment of Workday releases for Payroll and Benefits, including regression
• Design, support and troubleshoot integrations with third-party payroll, tax and benefits vendors
• Diagnose and resolve root causes of payroll and benefits discrepancies at the configuration level

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll and/or Benefits configuration experience for a US population.
• Demonstrated experience configuring business processes, condition rules, calculated fields and
• Experience with at least one end-to-end implementation, major release, or open enrollment
• Strong understanding of US payroll tax, wage and hour rules, multi-state compliance, and benefits
• Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail in a high-compliance environment.
