Worker Engagement Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead deployment of digital worker voice programs in Jordan.
• Lead supplier platform training and technical support.
• Manage grievances via digital mechanism; liaise with suppliers/brands.
• Provide investigation/remediation support for brands as needed.
• Develop and update supplier/worker onboarding materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Social compliance or labour rights background with supply chains knowledge.
• 5+ years in global supply chain delivering social/labour impact projects.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; other languages appreciated.
• Based in Jordan; organized, conscientious and accountable.
• Experience in customer / client services and delivery.
• Willing to travel nationally occasionally.
