📋 Description

• Lead deployment of digital worker voice programs in French-speaking African nations.
• Lead supplier platform training and technical support.
• Manage grievances in programs with digital grievance mechanisms.
• Provide investigation/remediation support as requested by brands.
• Develop and update supplier/worker onboarding materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Social compliance or labour rights background with supply chains, ethical procurement, grievance
• 5+ years in global supply chain, delivering social or labour impact projects.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.
• Organized, conscientious, accountable; customer/client services experience.
• Occasional national travel may be required.
